What we do with your data

Copenhagen Performance Consulting ApS is the data controller. For anything on this page, write to eval@copenhagenperformance.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.

We collect what you type into the form — your name, email address, country, current role, years of evaluation experience per programme, your areas of expertise, any links you give us — together with your CV and, if you choose a named profile, a photograph.

Why. To decide whether to work with you, to match you with proposals in your field, and to contact you about assignments. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give on the form and can withdraw at any time.

Who sees it. Only our operators. Your CV is never shown to clients and never leaves an authenticated page; it is not published, linked or shared.

What becomes public. Only what you chose, at the level you chose: full name, first name only, your experience with no name at all, or nothing. Your email address, CV and links are never public in any of those options.

How long. If we decline your application, your CV, photograph, name and contact details are deleted twelve months later, automatically. What remains is the fact that a decision was made and why, with nothing identifying you.

You are given an account. When a client asks a question about their assessment, you receive the question, a drafted answer, the report and the client’s proposal — a confidential document belonging to somebody else. You see only what is assigned to you, and you are bound to keep it confidential and to decline any assignment where you have a conflict of interest.

The review you publish is shown to that client under the name you chose to publish under, which need not be your legal name.

We hold your account, your organisation, your billing records and the documents you upload. Proposals are treated as confidential. They are sent to our AI provider to be assessed and are not used to train models. Payment card details never reach our servers — Stripe handles them.

Every time you agree to something we record what you agreed to, when, and which version of this page you were shown. Each thing is recorded separately, because agreeing to one is not agreeing to another.

Withdrawing is one click. Every email we send you carries a link that removes your public profile, deletes your CV, photograph and details, and needs no sign-in and no reply from us. We keep the record that you consented and then withdrew — that record is the proof we acted properly, and it is the one thing that has to outlive the data it was about.

Our servers are in the European Union. Our AI provider processes proposal text at its default endpoint, which is not pinned to an EU region; we have not arranged an EU-residency guarantee, and we say so rather than imply otherwise. Email is sent through our mail provider and is stored in your inbox for as long as you keep it.
